When I ask for an explanation, all I get is 'well that's our policy'. They have a department for flight modifications but....we are doing a Land & Sea tour through Norwegian. It appears we can make modifications if we were only going on the cruise but no modifications since we are doing a Land & Sea. We were asked if we wanted to cancel our land so we could modify our flight...DOES THAT MAKE SINCE?
